Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.

Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details, if you enter a correct e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order.

Payment

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the payment page and will be debited when you place your order.

If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.

You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website . We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown, but very occasionally an error may occur due to systems failure. If this should happen we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether or not you wish us to complete your order.

Products

We reserve the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging to provide an item of equal or greater value without notice. All products are subject to availability.
Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. Bouquet contents may be: harmful if eaten; a skin irritant


Delivery

The delivery charge is payable per delivery address, per transaction.
We aim to deliver flowers where possible, on the day you request.

Next day delivery, Monday to Saturday, for orders received by 5.00pm GMT,and it is advisable to give at least 48hr extra for special deliveries . There are no deliveries on a Sunday(with the exception of Mothers Day).

The Sympathy range of flowers can usually be delivered Monday to Saturday. Some items are avaliable next day, some items require 2 full working days notice if you do not give the required notice we will do our best to get the item/s you ordered by may have to substitute the item to make sure your funeral tribute arrives on time.

We do not guarantee any delivery times ,unless the order is for a funeral, in which case these orders will be delivered in good time, normally 1-2 hours before.

We deliver all of our Cardiff flowers & gifts between the hours of 7.30am-7.30pm, we can not give times, office deliveries will be delivered between 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Same day Cardiff deliveries must be placed by 1.00pm for office/business address, and by 4.30pm for home addresses. You must also choose from our same day delivery selection. Same Day Delivery Items Must Be Showing As IN STOCK To Be Ordered.

Same Day Uk deliveries must be placed by 12.00 , Mon-Fri please choose from our UK Flower Deliveries/ International Deliveries selection.

Internation orders can on most occasions be delivered same day, some Countries require 48hrs notice.


To ensure delivery all our florists reserve the right to substitute unavaliable flowers for similar flowers of at least equal value.

Prices do not apply during Christmas, Valentines or Mothers Day periods.( prices for these periods will be posted as least 15 days before the Date)

Flowers vases and ribbons and wraps may vary slightly to those shown on our web site.

Same day deliveries can only be guaranteed on orders placed before 1.00 pm ( 4.30pm for local home adresses), although our dedicated staff will always try their best to execute all orders on the same day.

Certain remote areas may incur an extra delivery charge. This decision will always be yours, and the total cost of your order will always be made known to you prior to processing your order.



If you wish to add additional delivery instructions,( leave in porch, or with a neighbour ) or ask for a change of colour prefference you can do this in the additional information box in the payment section.

Please look on the Delivery Area pages to see which areas are covered by Same Day Delivery, if you order to an area not listed we will treat your order as a Next Day Delivery, no refund will be offered.
